The Mission Of Our Foundation
We provide assistance to people living with life altering circumstances beyond their control.
The Believe In Your Dreams Foundation™ was established by Jim Wigen in 2007. We are focused on raising money to help provide assistance to people who have had their life changed due to circumstances beyond their control. Whether providing financial assistance for a medical procedure, allowing someone to meet their favorite hero or experience something they have always dreamed about, we want to do our part in making their dream come true.
The ability of the Believe In Your Dreams Foundation to provide assistance to people who need our help, relies on contributions from individuals and businesses. As a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, contributions to our organization will be tax deductible.
How We Can Make Dreams Come True
The Believe In Your Dreams Foundation will receive referrals from various sources via email, and our directors may come across situations where they realize someone is in need of our help.
Once we review a referral, which we believe our foundation can help, we will contact the referral source to obtain more information on the individual who needs our help. We will complete a thorough investigation, and determine the best way we can make someone’s dream come true.
Depending on the complexity of making a dream come true, we will rely on our financial resources, our volunteers, Dream Corporate Sponsors, and our Dream Donors. If we come across a situation where an individual needs medical attention or a medical procedure, we will seek various medical professionals.

Who are we looking to help?
The Believe In Your Dreams Foundation is not limited to helping children. We are open to helping children and adults. We do not discriminate based on age, gender or race. In our view, everyone is subject to having a life altering circumstance, which is beyond their control.
We are looking to help people who may be in the need of or have experienced one of the following:
Life Changing Medical procedure,
Lost all of their personal belongings due to a weather related incident,
Missed their Honeymoon because their spouse was called away for military duty,
Sudden Death in the family, and need money for transportation to attend the funeral.
The situations listed above are only examples of who we are looking to help. We would like to help anyone that has experienced a life altering circumstance, which is beyond their control. We will look thoroughly into every situation before deciding if we can help. Some situations may require more financial resources than we can provide. As the Believe In Your Dreams Foundation grows, we will be able to provide greater financial resources to one specific circumstance.
